Irene is a firm advocate for the idea that every family should have at least one member skilled in Touch for Health to help navigate life’s challenges and maintain balance and well-being within the family. A lot of daily nuances are ignored and suppressed, thinking that it doesn’t matter or perhaps don’t feel the need to do anything about it. In her experiences, the accumulation of little daily nuances can eventually lead to chronic imbalance. She thinks that it is wonderful that now TFH provides people with the access to simple tools to increase the quality of their life and others. Irene warmly invites you to explore this empowering practice, either through joining her workshops or personal sessions.

My journey with Touch for Health (TFH) began with a simple desire: to have a modality that could help my own family. I wanted some sort of first-aid kit that consists of a practical toolset, to help maintain balance (body, emotional, and energy aspects) amongst the family members, whenever such need arises.
As I learned more and had a deeper understanding of TFH, I realized that its benefits extend far beyond just my family. This realization sparked my desire to pursue further along the learning path to become a Touch for Health Consultant, so as to share the knowledge and skills I had acquired with the wider community.
To me, becoming a TFH consultant is more than just mastering a technique; it is a journey of guiding individuals to understand themselves, find the balance, and reactivate their body’s own innate resources. What started as a personal endeavour for my family has evolved into a calling to share this practice and help others lead lives with greater balance and mindfulness.

the wonderful, Sandy Gannon, when I was first exposed to TFH as a client. It was life changing - and with Sandy’s constant persuasion, she encouraged me to learn TFH level 1 as she thought I’d be really interested -
I was!… and that eventually led me on the path to learning to become an Instructor of TFH, and ultimately TFH Consultant, too.
Otherwise specialising in corporate communication as a Licensed NLP Trainer amongst many other things, my corporate clients have often experienced TFH as part of their development too, from members of a multi-World Championship winning Formula 1 team and global energy businesses, through to small businesses, too. I still love to run TFH classes when I can, and really appreciate the wider TFH community for its constant support. Come and join us

I feel truly honoured to Love what I do…and do what I Love, i.e. work with people using TFH/Kinesiology.
Learning about Touch for Health changed my life…and people loved the changes that this work brought to them…
I use TFH/Kinesiology at my practice in Stradbroke, Suffolk, UK, guiding people to use the self-responsibility model to empower themselves. I also love teaching students to help them use TFH and in turn help others. As John F.Thie, DC said, ‘passing the light along’…
I discovered TFH many years ago in 1993 when I was working as a massage therapist, and became an IKC Instructor in 1995, and completed my professional Kinesiology training that year too. It is always a special joy to me when I train students to TFH Proficiency level.
I attended Oxford Brookes University and gained my teaching certificate in 2010 to help further my teaching skills, i.e. as an Assessor and Mentor.
I still am amazed by how TFH can turn people’s lives around, and my quest for learning, and teaching as many students as I can continues…

I have been involved with Kinesiology for over 30 years, helping to keep my dancing body in alignment and my holistic energies balanced.
I began learning Touch for Health with Sandy Gannon and quickly developed the desire to help all of my students, family and friends. I have now opened my own Wellness Centre and enjoy both teaching and running a practice ( with dance teaching too!). This is such a wonderful gift that everyone should experience and feel the benefits from.

Jane Fowler is a wellbeing-consultant and kinesiology instructor with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting both people and animals through physical, emotional and energetic challenges.
Her approach combines Touch for Health kinesiology, PRISM behavioural profiling and energy-based techniques that are practical, gentle and rooted in helping the body do what it’s naturally built to do - rebalance and restore itself.
Whether she’s working one-to-one with a client, mentoring future practitioners or supporting animals in the field, Jane begins by listening to the nervous system, to patterns of stress and to the body’s quiet signals that something needs attention.
She offers individual sessions, accredited training, and group workshops across the UK, with a focus on clarity, emotional resilience and long-term wellbeing.
