Touch for Health School Introductory Workshops
These short workshop experiences are for people interested in learning basic kinesiology skills and techniques, usually in an afternoon or evening format. Some are longer.
Participants have the opportunity to discover whether they can master basic muscle monitoring, and to decide if they wish to continue with further kinesiology training. No previous knowledge of kinesiology is assumed. All participants are welcome.

Kinesiology for Kids (3 hours)
A guide for parents to help their children and themselves identify optimal habits for healthy living.
Eat Right, Live Right (3 hours)
Learn how to muscle test in order to identify foods and substances that raise the energy of the body and increase awareness of nutrition and lifestyle
Perceptive Vision (3 hours)
Learn a system of simple exercises and muscle testing to change the way we perceive life.
Healthy Pets (7 hours)
Use muscle monitoring to identify the best foods, environment and habits for your pets.
Self Help for Stress and Pain
Stress Without Distress
