Touch for Health School Introductory Workshops
These short workshop experiences are for people interested in learning basic kinesiology skills and techniques, usually in an afternoon or evening format. Some are longer.
Participants have the opportunity to discover whether they can master basic muscle monitoring, and to decide if they wish to continue with further kinesiology training. No previous knowledge of kinesiology is assumed. All participants are welcome.
